Spring - Married Couples Retreat 

This is a wonderful weekend away for married couples only! Locate a babysitter or family member to watch the children for the weekend and join us some place such as the beautiful, city of New Bern, NC. Please note that this is a RETREAT and not a CONFERENCE.  This retreat is designed to encourage the husband and wife in the marriage relationship with time together by yourselves.  While we will have a few structured sessions and opportunites to participate in various activities and worship together, you will not be in a conference session the entire weekend.   You will have time to just simply be together as a couple. 

Fall - Family Camping Retreat

This is a fantastic family event with fun for the whole family!  Bring your camping gear, modest swimwear, and get away for a weekend at one of our local lakes (usually Falls Lake or Kerr Lake).  This weekend provides opportunity for everyone to enjoy jet skis, ski boats, deck boats with rafts, tubes, sail and many other activities for whole family.  Families, including children,  are assigned various responsibilities (ie. cooking meals and cleaning up afterwards) in order to work together as a family unit to serve the entire group.  Family Bible study, camp-ground worship with acoustic instruments,  and singing mixed with testimonies around the camp fire make this a life-changing weekend!  For 2010, we will head to the Lake on August 13-15.  So watch for more details.
